Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak periods. Any delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities are outside our control and are not counted as delivery time.

Shipping Process

If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided by the carrier. If the carrier does not have updated information about your order, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with our suppliers.

If a confirmed logistics issue is identified and the order cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued after verification.

Tracking Information

Your tracking number will be sent by email within 2 to 10 business days after order confirmation, once the shipment has been processed by the supplier.

Payment Confirmation

For payments made via bank transfer or similar methods, order processing begins only after payment confirmation, which may take up to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution.
