Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that:

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is damaged upon arrival

  • Is different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our quality team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement product

  • A product of similar value

  • Store credit for future purchases


30-Day Return Policy

In accordance with UK consumer regulations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, even if the product is not defective.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.


Refund Process

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 7 business days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your bank or card provider


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
